Robert (Bob) G. Riley, Jr., has worked for more than 45 years in the agriculture industry.  He has been involved in domestic and international sales and marketing, laboratory supervision, research and development, as well as executive and corporate management. In 1986, Bob purchased Feed Energy and imbued the struggling company with the core philosophy that “profit is the by-product of quality”.  At the time Feed Energy was a niche feed ingredient business with 12 employees.  Bob adopted an aggressive growth strategy and diversified the company by adding new products and services for the agricultural market.  Together, these moves boosted revenue and allowed Riley to expand Feed Energy’s workforce to 100
