Sam Scheidler
Executive Director, Special Projects

As Executive Director of Special Projects, Sam Scheidler directs special strategic projects, provides due diligence, and participates in negotiations and implementation of new business growth projects.  He is also a member of the corporate Strategic Leadership Team.

Prior to joining Feed Energy in 2003 as Chief Operating Officer, Sam held positions with National By-Products in Arkansas, and the Gamble and Davis Law Firm in Des Moines. Most recently, he was President of Monsanto subsidiaries’ Corn States Hybrid Service and Holden’s Foundation Seeds. Sam has been a Board Member of Feed Energy since 1987. Sam is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association and is former Director of both the Iowa Seed Association and the U.S. Grains Council.

Sam grew up in Avoca, Iowa, and now he and his wife live in Clive, Iowa. Sam enjoys golfing, reading, traveling, and spending time with his grandchildren.
