Safe Feed/Safe Food Certified

Feed Energy Company has recently completed its certification in the American Feed Industry Assocation's (AFIA) Safe Feed/Safe Food program at it's Des Moines, Sioux City and Pacific Junction, IA facilities.  This national initiative is intended to demonstrate and ensure a safe and wholesome feed supply to the livestock industry while at the same time, enhancing consumer confidence in the products that they consume.

AFIA's Safe Feed/Safe Food program is open to feed manufacturers, ingredient suppliers and others in the livestock industry who want to validate a commitment to food safety and proactive leadership.  It signifies that certified companies have embraced the feed industry's proactive role in creating feed based safety programs.  

Along with this certification, Feed Energy Company is entitled to use a special SF/SF seal and logo on its products.
