Katherine Riley Harrington, MSHR
Director of Human Resources

As Feed Energy's Company's Director of Human Resources, Katherine Riley Harrington is responsible for HR at all three Feed Energy facilities. Katherine joined the company in March of 2009, after serving as a HR consultant developing and revising HR policies and job descriptions.

Katherine is responsible for all strategic HR functions including the development of a Performance Management System, Career Development, and Training. Katherine earned a Masters Degree in Human Resources from Loyola University (Chicago) and is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.

Katherine grew up in Des Moines, Iowa, and resides here with her husband and son.  She enjoys spending time outside, reading, cooking and being with her family.
