Feed Energy's Biosecurity Program

The USDA defines Biosecurity as “Precautions taken to minimize the risk of introducing an infectious disease into an animal population.” Feed Energy Company understands that there are many diseases that have the potential to devastate entire flocks or herds of our customer’s valuable product. That's why we’ve developed a proactive Biosecurity Program designed to greatly minimize the risk of spreading infectious diseases from one customer location to another. This program is really an extension of the approach and safeguards we take in producing the high-quality product we offer to our customers each and every day.

Our program states that we will take practical and reasonable steps, above and beyond our customer’s requirements, to ensure that our vehicles and employees do not spread disease between customer locations. We take these steps prior to any disease outbreaks, in order to prevent accidental tracking of disease.
